Our second annual Random Acts of Kindness week was a success! February 17th was National Random Acts of Kindness Day and our chapter families made a goal to perform Random Acts of Kindness between February 15th – 21st. We racked up the good deeds while spreading kindness throughout our communities. This year we kicked our award winning program up a notch thanks to Treasurer Latonya Ford and Community Service Chair Michelle Hemp-Anderson. These outstanding leaders and their committee members coordinated our efforts, produced the RAK cards and kept us motivated and encouraged even when the weather tried to keep us from getting out. We all enjoyed “throwing kindness like confetti” in the Chicago South Suburbs.
