Congratulations to South Suburban Chicago Chapter for being designated a 5 Star Chapter of Excellence at the 44th National Convention of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated! A special thank you to our chapter’s 5 Star Chair, IPP Tonya L Coats who led the charge, and our chapter, ultimately, to success! Along with Co-Chair, Lenita Digby Williams and the 5 Star Committee, VP Tracie Rainey-Hayes, Nikki Wilson, Nicole Mathis and Jannet Laplanche our submission illustrated the hard work, systems and best practices that we have operated from. We stand on the shoulders of past administrations and forge our own paths. Thank you to our amazing mother members, because you have to operate in a 5 Star manner and fully support this quest for it to happen!

Our Chapter was also the 2nd place recipient of the Mid-Western Sacrifice and Service Emerald Award at the Mid-Western Region Prism Award Celebration for our Random Acts of Kindness service project. We are so very JJSSCC proud of our accomplishments as a chapter. The best is yet to come!
