On October 19, 2019 JJSSCC participated in the Alisia Dieudonne Foundation Walk-athon. This year’s theme was “If you See Something, Say Something.” Our Teens assembled toys for the kids and passed out candy along the route. Thank you to Foundation Chair Michelle Hemp-Anderson for getting JJSSCC involved, LTA Yolanda Payne, Mom Leslie Kimmons and Teens Layla Kimmons and Jade Mitchell.
South Suburban Chicago Chapter was featured in an article about our impact on our local community. Our Teens gave great quotes. We are proud of them and of all of the work that the Moms in our chapter do!
