South Suburban Chicago Chapter ‘s Jack and Jill Day 2020/Carole Robertson Remembrance was a huge success!! Our theme: “Mission Possible: How do you become a King/Queen/Leader?” was evident in the way that our families showed up to celebrate our organization’s mission to develop future leaders. Special thank you to Chair Rashida Downing for fabulously leading the charge. Families were divided alphabetically and attended in 30 min intervals to reinforce safety. In addition, community outreach was in effect as our families donated items to 3 local agencies according to Grade Groups: Groups 1 and 2: Operation Christmas ChildGroups 3 and 4: Food pantry donationsGroups 5 and 6: Wish list items for Crisis Center of South Suburbia. Thank you to our amazing JJSSCC chapter families. It was so great to see each other and celebrate safely.
