The South Suburban Chicago Chapter held its Founders Day 2020 and Associates Appreciation celebration on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Crystal Tree Golf & Country Club in Orland Park, IL. We had an amazing time honoring our Associate Jewels, hearing about times past in Jack and Jill and getting updates on their children and families. We were very proud to have our very own chapter Mother Member, Regional Editor Kimberly Mitchell, in attendance who also took fabulous photos to document this wonderful occasion. In addition, we honored the memory of those that has passed away with a candlelight vigil and moment of silence. Our panel, moderated by Deadra Woods Stokes was great!! We had a mother-panelist that represented as an Associate, a graduating mother, and a current chapter mother who is also a chapter Legacy. Special thank you to Associate Eileen Letts, and current chapter members Bethany Lyke and Ankhe Bradley for participating. The fabulous slideshow gave us all of those “pink and blue feels” and we had fun with our “clutches and pearls” attire theme. Truly a memorable day! Long Live Jack and Jill!
